The Global Library of O.P. Jindal Global University (http://library.jgu.edu.in) invites applications for its two-year advanced training programme, which includes a stipend.

This programme is designed for enthusiastic and motivated graduates in Library & Information Science who wish to gain comprehensive, hands-on experience in a modern university library environment.

About the Training Programme

Trainees will work across the functional units of the Global Library and gain experience in:

Information and reference services
Digital library services and technologies
User engagement and orientation activities
Metadata management and institutional repository
e-Resource management and access systems
Research support and scholarly communication
Special projects, events, and library innovations

Stipend and Benefits

Monthly stipend of ₹40,000/- per month
Medical and accidental insurance coverage as per university policy

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Library & Information Science from a recognized university or institute
