A walk-in interview to fill the post of Project Fellow and Technical Assistant to join a time-bound research programme on “Compilation of Indian Forestry Abstracts (IFA) – Phase III” will be held at 10.00 am onward on 8th January 2018, at KFRI . Essential qualification : Post graduation in Library and Information Science with First Class
Desirable : i) Two years experience in processing and organizing digital documents using the software Dspace is essential. ii) Experience in using the software KOHA, Access and Reference Management Software like End Note, Zoetro etc. is preferred
Fellowship :Rs.22,000/- per month
2) Name of post : Technical Assistant
No. of post : One
Essential qualification : Bachelor of Library and Information Science with First Class
Desirable : Two years working experience in digital library
Fellowship : Rs.19,000/- per month
Duration : Up to 28th March 2020
Age : As on 01.01.2018, 35 years. Age relaxation of five years in the case of scheduled caste/scheduled tribe candidates and three years in the case of other backward communities as per government rules will be given.
