– Introduction to Linux, installation of Ubuntu (to duel boot along with Windows)
– Understanding Ubuntu file system layout, creation of user and group, basic commands
– Build Digital Repository – Community and Collection
– Role of Digital Repository in Academic Activity and Research of the Institute
– Assigning privilege to the collection, Metadata, Copyright, Issues & Challenges
– Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)

Registration Charges
Rs. 2000/- for Sponsored LIS Professionals
Rs. 1500/- for Non-Sponsored LIS Professionals
Rs. 1000/- for Student & Research Scholars
