Min: 16,000/- pm consolidated (Negotiable). This post is purely on temporary contract basis.
Starting Emolument: Approximately Rs.1,92,000/- per annum
Job Profile:
• Library work related to Circulation, Acquisition, Classification
• Library Automation, Bar-coding and related work
• Web and Online searches including database
• Library correspondence
• Library Data maintenance.
Candidate Profile & Qualification:
• Master of Library & Information Science
• Handling Digital library & Computer network
• Indexing & Metadata creation/tagging of scanned documents in MARC21/APS standards and updating in DMS Software
• Should be acquainted with SLIM21 software
• English Typing- 30 wpm.
Experience:
Min. 3 years experience in reputed organization. Preference will be given who has worked in R & D Institution.
Terms & Conditions:
Consolidated contractual salary Rs.16,000/month (incl.of all).
The post is purely temporary on contractual basis for a period of 11 months only.
No TA/DA will be provided for attending interview.
Candidates should bring original mark sheets/certificates, testimonials and experience certificates along with certified copies at the time of interview.
